China offers Uganda US $ 30m grant to support customs modernization The Government of the People’s Republic of China has agreed to support customs modernization project in Uganda with a grant worth RMB 200,000,000 (US $ 30m). The grant agreement was signed in the Chinese capital, Beijing on 3rd November 2017 by Hon. Matia
